This year for #InternationalWomensDay we decided to celebrate some of the industries finest. Below are some of our favourite Digital PR’s to follow on social media that can help you up your Digital PR game 💪

Iona Townsley

Iona is part of the creative team at NeoMam Studios, which is quickly becoming a hotbed of digital PR talent. Iona’s monthly newsletter has become a must-subscribe to those in the industry looking to up their ideation game. Each month Iona compiles a huge list of digital pr campaigns in her newsletter; The Grapevine. Next month she’ll be speaking at the Online PR Show giving a crash course on creative ideation and sharable campaigns – a notoriously hard part of Digital PR and the one we’re most looking forward to.

Ellie Morgan

Ellie is a Digital PR Consultant at Evolved Search and has built up a huge following within her 2 years in the Digital PR industry. On social media Ellie regularly shares her tips on digital PR best practices and we especially love one of her latest Twitter threads where she gathered tweets from journalists who gave advice to PR’s on pitching here. She also gave a fantastic talk at the London SEO Meetup discussing how you can use real people in your Digital PR campaigns to leverage backlinks, definitely worth a watch.

Bethanie Dennis

Another Digital PR professional with a shit hot newsletter is Bethanie Dennis. Bethanie heads up the content and Digital PR at North and she’s also the author of The Weekly PR Newsletter. This is a great weekly newsletter to read if you struggle with ideation or just want to catch up on some successful Digital PR Campaigns. Since we’ve mentioned our struggles with ideation quite often in this article, it’d be rude not to add in Bethanie’s presentation on WaddsCon last year. You can view the full video here where she discusses how to encourage a creative mindset when you’re on a deadline.

Debbie Chew

Debbie is an SEO at Dial Pad, but her Digital PR and is one of our favourite accounts to follow . She’s been involved in digital marketing for over 8 years and specialises particularly in SEO. She regularly posts tips on link building, and is something of a thread queen on Twitter. She also shares her SEO and link building tips on her website too which you can check out here

Sarah Fleming

Sarah is the head of creative at Kaizen and alongside this is a freelance Digital PR. Sarah has been working in Digital PR for almost 5 years and is something of a regular at Brighton SEO. Her last presentation investigated the true SEO value of nofollow vs follow links which we loved. And we’re super hyped for her next one at the Online PR Show where she’ll be discussing the value of syndicated links.

Abigail Bennetts

Abigail is a Senior Digital PR Consultant at Propellernet and is always posting regular content on her Twitter profile. Abi first caught our attention with her presentation at Brighton SEO last year – Psychology Principles to Power Digital PR Success and we’ve been following her on social media ever since. Abi also has a newsletter that you can subscribe to here where she shares her favourite campaigns and interviews with other PR professionals.
